We are on phase two here at the apartment complex in downtown St. Louis. If you’ve seen the last videos, we have soft-washed the apartment complex, and now we are re-striping the two parking garages, and we’re resealing 32 windows on the ground level. In the next phase, we’ll be removing and replacing six flat roofs as well. So stay tuned, we have a ton going on.
